Jomi Business terms of use (public offer)
This is an offer to enter into an agreement to use the Jomi Business service. By creating a business in the app or paying for a subscription, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are and what this is
The provider is Jomi Studio, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan. Full company details are on the payment invoice and are sent on request.
Jomi Business is an online service for small-business records: cash desk and receipts, clients, debts, stock, payroll, QR menu, bookings and reports. It works in the browser at jomi-business.pages.dev.
The customer is the business owner who signed up for the service. The customer adds their staff to the service and is responsible for them.
2. Plans and what they include
Plans, prices and what each plan includes are shown on the home page and in the app under «Subscription». Prices are in somoni.
A subscription covers one business. A yearly subscription costs the same as 10 months.
3. Trial
A new business gets 7 days free with the «Business» plan features. No card is needed. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
4. Payment
The subscription is paid in advance, for a month or a year: online (when online payment is available in the app) or by bank transfer to the details shown in the app.
We confirm a transfer within a working day and then extend the subscription. Trial days are not lost when you pay.
There are no automatic charges: you pay for the next period yourself when you decide to renew.
5. When the subscription ends
Everything keeps working for 3 more days while the app reminds you to pay. Then the business becomes view-only: everything recorded stays visible, open bills and shifts can be closed, but new sales cannot be recorded.
We never delete anything for non-payment. After payment everything works again.
6. Your data
Everything you enter into Jomi Business — products, sales, clients, staff, expenses — belongs to you. We use this data only to run the service and never sell it.
You can export your data in «Settings → Backup copy» (on the «Business» and «Network» plans, and on any plan after the subscription ends). How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy.
After a subscription ends we keep the business’s data for at least 12 months. We will delete it earlier if you ask.
7. What Jomi Business is not
It is not a fiscal cash register: the service prints a sales receipt and does not replace a cash register where the law requires one.
The tax figure in «Reports» is an estimate from your sales, not a tax return. Your accountant handles tax reporting; check with the Tax Committee (andoz.tj).
8. Duties and responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, for their staff’s access (logins, PINs, roles) and for their business and the storing of their clients’ data being lawful.
We work to keep the service running without interruptions, back up the database every night and fix errors. We cannot promise it will never fail: internet, power and third-party services are sometimes unavailable. Sales made without a connection are saved on the phone and sent later.
Our liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the last paid month.
9. Refunds
A paid period is not refunded, except in two cases: if you paid for the same thing twice, we return the extra; if the service did not work through our fault for more than 3 days in a row, we refund those days or extend the subscription by them, as you choose.
10. Changes to prices and terms
We announce new prices and terms at least 30 days ahead — in the app or in Telegram. A period already paid stays at the old price.
11. Term and ending the agreement
The agreement lasts while you have a business in Jomi Business. You can stop using the service at any time: simply do not renew, or ask us to delete the business.
We may close access if the service is used for fraud, spam or attacks on the service, with a warning where possible.
12. Disputes
The agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Tajikistan. We settle disputes by negotiation and, if that fails, in court at the provider’s location in Dushanbe.
